Announcing the Big Book of Little Spaces: Haunts for April 2014

Though I’ve been playing around with ideas for various products over the last year, the goal of producing a number of small products followed by one or more collections of those products has always been in the cards. The only question was whether it was going to be the One Spot series or another series.

Big Book of Little Spaces: Haunts coverWell, it turns out that the Little Spaces products get to be the guinea pig for this approach. And today I’m announcing the Big Book of Little Spaces: Haunts, which will include all the content from six different projects:

  1. Little Spaces: Scary Basements
  2. Little Spaces: Haunted Rooms
  3. Little Spaces: Abandoned Places
  4. Little Spaces: Gruesome Graveyards
  5. Little Spaces: Creepy Copses (upcoming)
  6. Little Spaces: Horrid Hallways (upcoming)

Haunts will not only bring in all the content from these products, but expand on it – offering more inspiration and ways to use it in your campaigns. Whether you’re playing in fantasy, historical, horror or modern (even science fiction) settings, there’s a little bit for everybody here.

In addition to the expanded content to help create settings, plots, and encounters, you’ll also get a themed approach to creating unique NPCs for these places you’re designing. Need a creepy butler? A dark, handsome stranger? A horrific little girl to haunt your nightmares? You’ll get that and more!

Over the next few weeks I’ll offer glimpses into a few NPCs created with this approach to offer a bit of inspiration. 🙂

The Big Book of Little Spaces: Haunts will be available on virtual bookshelves in April 2014! And keep an eye out for the individual products as well, which will be released a little at a time.

In the meantime, be sure to check out all the Little Spaces products that are available!
